Refund policy

At LuxeNurse Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality aesthetic treatments and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have implemented the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered
All treatments and procedures performed are non-refundable. Aesthetic results may vary by individual, and while we aim for the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.

2. Prepaid Treatment Packages
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual or used for an alternative service of equal value.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

     Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

     Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

4. Product Returns

     Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for store credit or exchange.

     Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

5. Adverse Reactions
If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a corrective treatment at no additional cost.

6. Payment Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction for review by our management team.
